To send in your Ericofon for repair, fill out this form, print it, and send it in with your phone. To know how much to send, use the chart of common charges below. Generally, an overhaul takes care of most problems. Turnaround time on average is 24 to 36 hours from receipt of the phone.

An overhaul consists of disassembling the phone, checking out the parts, cleaning, lubing, reassemble and adjustment, buffing the shell and rewiring.
